Shipping policy

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–10 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

PLEASE NOTE: If you order more than one item, you may receive multiple shipments, as we fulfill orders from several locations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international shipping, please contact us to discuss available options. The recipient will be responsible for all customs duties and import fees

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

If your package is lost in transit and there has been no tracking movement for more than 7 days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. Your patience during these unforeseen circumstances is greatly appreciated.
